- Damaging Wind in Alaska, September 20, 1993An active frontal system associated with a very strong upper level trough moved across south-central Alaska during the late evening. Thunderstorms, hail and strong winds were reported over Cook Inlet, the Susitna Valley, the Kenai Peninsula and Prince William Sound.
- Damaging Wind in Alaska, June 5, 2024On June 5th, a number of thunderstorms developed across the Middle Tanana Valley and Eastern Interior, producing small hail, gusty winds, and frequent lightning.
- Damaging Wind in Alaska, July 18, 2002A Thunderstorm moved across Fairbanks bringing up to 1.5 inches of rain, and wind gusts estimated to 58 mph. The track of the thunderstorm was north of the Fairbanks Airport, which recorded a maximum wind gust on the ASOS of 39 mph.
- Damaging Winds in Alaska, June 27, 2019Some very strong thunderstorms developed over the southern end of Southeast Alaska on the evening of June 27th due to cold air aloft moving over unseasonably warm surface temperatures. 300 lightning strikes occurred in 15 minutes along with gusty outflow winds.

- Damaging Wind in Alaska, July 8, 2008A thunderstorm created gusty winds which downed some trees in the Fairbanks area as well as damaged a few road signs. One residence sustained damaged to a portion of the roof when a cottonwood tree fell on it. One road sign was blocking traffic near downtown.
- Damaging Wind in Alaska, June 3, 2010A line of thunderstorms crossed the Tanana area late on the evening of the 3rd. A wind gust to 58 mph was observed at the Tanana ASOS at 2116AKST. The high winds associated with the thunderstorm produced wind damage.
- Damaging Wind in Alaska, May 20, 2011Gusty winds peaked at 49 mph. Thunderstorm was nearby. Two roofs were damaged. A number of small trees were blown down.
- Damaging Wind in Alaska, July 24, 2023A strong area of high pressure brought very warm temperatures to much of the Interior on July 24th. A weak disturbance moved along the south side of the area of high pressure resulting in scattered thunderstorms forming over the Interior.
- Damaging Wind in Alaska, July 7, 2023A front moved across Interior Alaska on July 7, 2023 bringing numerous thunderstorms to the Interior. Many of the storms were far longer lasting than typical Interior Alaska thunderstorms.
