The Virginia Statewide Incidents page posted
that a water rescue was ongoing on the 1900
block of Bainbridge Street. Fire crews were
reported to be on scene with two boats
deployed and crews rescuing one adult and
two juveniles from a vehicle submerged in
water up to the wheel wells. No injuries
have been reported.
