A significant winter storm impacted a large stretch of the Midwest during the night of the 28th and through the night of the 29th. Multiple rounds of moderate to occasionally heavy snow fell on the area throughout the day.

A significant winter storm impacted a large stretch of the Midwest during the night of the 28th and through the night of the 29th. Multiple rounds of moderate to occasionally heavy snow fell on the area throughout the day. Widespread snow totals in the 6 to 9 inch range were observed across northwest Indiana.
