What happened

The episode as NWS CAR wrote it up.

The heaviest snow fell across northeast Aroostook county...with lesser totals across the remainder of northern Maine. Storm total snow accumulations across northeast Aroostook county ranged from 5 to 7 inches...with generally 2 to 5 inches across much of the remainder of northern Maine. Warmer temperatures south of the low track helped limit snow accumulations across the remainder of the region.
