Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.

Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible late this
afternoon through early evening, mainly across the northern Red
River Valley and the Devils Lake region. Quarter sized hail, 60
mph winds, lightning, and locally heavy rain are the main
concerns.
