Outlook: Heavy rain and flooding, windy conditions and isolated
thunderstorms.
Hazards: Flooding of low lying areas and along rivers and streams.
Wind gusts over 40 mph.
Lightning and gusty winds in thunderstorms.
Timing: Heavy rain and flooding at times today. Windy conditions
through late tonight. Lightning through early evening. Thunderstorms
with gusty winds through early evening.
Discussion: A low pressure system will bring widespread rain and
windy conditions to central Indiana.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.
Outlook: River flooding will develop and persist into next week. Snow
is possible late next week. Little or no accumulation is expected at
this time.
Discussion: High pressure will briefly bring dry weather to central
Indiana Sunday and Sunday night. More rain and later snow is possible
as more weather systems move in next week.

</html>The Indianapolis radar (KIND), 49 km away, was scanning. The volume nearest the first event began at 10:02 UTC.
3 flood, 1 thunderstorm wind. Local standard time, as filed.
A couple of small trees were reported to be uprooted due to thunderstorm wind gusts near Putnamville. Heavy rain lead to waterlogged soil which allowed trees to uproot more easily.
Several cars drove into standing water on the road and needed rescue. One was located at the intersection of 400W and 200S. Another incident was noted near the 12000 block of County Road 700N.
Conservation officers were called to assist 2 cars that had driven into standing water on the road near the intersection of 700W and 400S. Several other cars drove into flooded waters around the county near the same time.
A car drove into standing water near Ridge Road. The occupants were able to get out without assistance.
