An upper low moved across south central Wyoming during the late night hours of the 29th through the 30th. This resulted in a deep upslope flow across much of the Billings Forecast Area. Heavy snow, along with some freezing rain and freezing drizzle occurred across Sheridan County. Severe driving conditions were common and I-90 was closed for a period of time.
