A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect through 9 am. Snow will spread into east-central and northwest Wisconsin late this morning and afternoon and continue through the evening, bringing about 1 to 3 inches of snow for much of the area. About 2 to 4 inches of snow is forecast for some portions of northwest Wisconsin where a Winter Weather Advisory has been issued.
