WSO Pago Pago recorded 2.16 inches of rain within the hour. Teachers reported flooding at Tafuna High School and outside of classrooms. Midkiff elementary reports flooding near classrooms. Fagaima resident reported flooding in the front of her home about 1 foot deep. Hard for cars to drive through.
