A thunderstorm within a cluster of storms developed right over Dumas, TX in a high DCAPE low bulk shear environment where the core of the thunderstorm collapsed over the AWOS site in Dumas which measured 58 MPH thunderstorm wind gust.

For the 00Z TAFs, isold tstms near KAMA will diminish towards
sunset with the loss of daytime heating. Included VCTS til 01Z
for this terminal site, and have omitted mention of tstms at KDHT
and KGUY. Otherwise, outside of the isold tstms near KAMA early
this evening, VFR conditions are expected to prevail through late
Wednesday afternoon.

DISCUSSION...
Isolated thunderstorms developed this afternoon across eastern
sections of the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandle, where the
retrograding mid-level closed low has provided additional lift.
Expect that this isolated activity will persist into the evening.
Closed low expected to continue its slow westward movement on
Wednesday and Wednesday evening, with low pops Wednesday afternoon
and evening across northwest sections.

Meanwhile, deep southerly flow will continue across the forecast
area, providing low-level moisture.  By Thursday, monsoonal
moisture shows signs of increasing as reflected by an increase in 700
mb theta-e values.  Pops for Thursday through Friday night have
been retained, with western sections being most favored.

Saturday through Sunday expected to be dry as eastern CONUS
expands into the area, keeping mid-level trofiness or any shear
axis west of the area.

By Sunday night, northwest flow aloft expected to resume, with
some hope of a cold front intruding into at least the northwest
half of the the forecast area by Monday night.  Pops are in the
forecast for Sunday night through Tuesday, with northwest sections
being favored.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Texas and Oklahoma
Panhandles.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Isolated thunderstorms are expected early this evening over
central and eastern sections of the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles.
Any storms that develop should remain below severe levels at this
time. However, brief, locally heavy rain may accompany the
strongest storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Thunderstorms will be possible across parts of the Panhandles
Wednesday through Friday night, and then again Sunday night and
Monday. Some of the storms may become strong with gusty winds,
hail, and brief heavy rain. Widespread severe weather is not
expected at this time.

Spotter activation is not anticipated at this time.
