Onshore winds and large breaking waves produced overwash on Seawall Road around the time of high tide during the early morning and early afternoon hours of the 15th. Debris and rocks were deposited on the road. These high tide cycles followed strong low pressure which had produced blizzard conditions through the afternoon and evening hours of the 14th.
