SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS
THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING
COLD FRONT. THE MAIN THREATS WILL BE TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS...CLOUD-
TO- GROUND LIGHTNING...AND GUSTY WINDS. LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN WITH
ISOLATED FLASH FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE. ALSO...AN ISOLATED
