The heaviest snow occurred over the higher terrain northwest wind snow belts downwind of Lake Superior with 10 inches of accumulation near Ironwood and 8 inches at Bergland Dam.

There was a public report of an estimated ten inches of lake enhanced snow in Ironwood in less than 12 hours. A Bessemer radio station measured 9.5 inches of snow in less than 18 hours.
