Four to 6 inches of heavy, wet snow (6-7 to 1 snow to liquid ratio) fell on the 24th south and west of Susanville, including the Sierra Valley and near Bieber. Eleven inches was reported just southeast of Lake Davis at 6000 feet.

Heavy snowfall of 8 to 15 inches fell from the Truckee airport to along and west of highway 89 on the 24th, with the highest amount in the Tahoe-Donner area. Lesser amounts of 5 to 7 inches fell for most other locations. Areas from Homewood to Glenshire reported 4 inches of snowfall between 1000PST and 1400PST.
