The northern end of a snow area from low pressure passing well to the south of southern Wisconsin brought several inches of snow to far southern Wisconsin. Lake effect snow occurred during and after this event with higher snow totals over far southeast Wisconsin. Numerous slide-offs and accidents occurred.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR
WAUKESHA...MILWAUKEE...WALWORTH...RACINE AND KENOSHA COUNTIES
WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY MORNING. THE ADVISORY MAY NEED TO BE
EXPANDED FARTHER NORTH TO INCLUDE SHEBOYGAN AND OZAUKEE COUNTIES
LATER WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT...AS LAKE EFFECT SNOW IS
EXPECTED ACROSS THE LAKESHORE COUNTIES.

ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE FROM 1 TO 3 INCHES IN WESTERN
WAUKESHA AND WALWORTH COUNTIES...TO 5 TO 9 INCHES ACROSS SOUTHEAST
