SOUTHEAST WASHINGTON TO THE VALLEY FLOORS IN THE CASCADES...
NORTHEAST WASHINGTON...AND THE FAR NORTH IDAHO PANHANDLE.

SNOW WILL LINGER OVER THE IDAHO PANHANDLE INTO THURSDAY. ANOTHER
POWERFUL WINTER STORM WILL BRING ANOTHER ROUND OF SNOW BEGINNING
FRIDAY NIGHT...FOLLOWED BY WINDY CONDITIONS SATURDAY. WIND GUSTS
EXCEEDING 30 MPH WILL BE COMMON THROUGHOUT THE IDAHO
PANHANDLE...NORTHEAST WASHINGTON...THE CASCADES...AND THE EAST
SLOPES OF THE CASCADES. MOUNTAIN RIDGES AND OTHER EXPOSED AREAS
