DAMAGING WIND GUSTS...ARE POSSIBLE OVER AND NEAR THE BLACK HILLS
AND OVER PARTS OF SOUTHWESTERN AND SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...
MAINLY THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
