APPEARS THAT THERE WILL BE ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL...ESPECIALLY
ACROSS EASTERN MASSACHUSETTS AND EASTERN RHODE ISLAND.
THERE IS A LOW TO MODERATE PROBABILITY THAT A WIND ADVISORY MAY
BE NEEDED ON TUESDAY FOR THE CAPE AND ISLANDS.
THERE IS A MODERATE PROBABILITY THAT A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MAY BE
