A strong storm system brought snow and gusty winds to far northeastern Wyoming. As much as ten inches of snow fell across the Wyoming Black Hills.

A strong storm system brought snow and gusty winds to far northeastern Wyoming. As much as ten inches of snow fell across the Wyoming Black Hills. Gusty north to northwest winds produced blowing and drifting snow, reducing visibilities below a quarter mile at times.
