Numerous roads were reported flooded across the county. The worst of the flooding was reported in Raeford, NC near Southern Avenue and South Main Street. At this location flooding was reported in and around an apartment complex, with water waist deep in the parking lot and surrounding streets.

Several vehicles were reported to be stalled in flood waters on Walking Trail Way. Another car drove into a flooded intersection at Hackberry Drive and Camden Road and stalled. Flooding was also reported at North Main Steet and Rockfish Road.
