Garrison ASOS Automated Surface Observing System recorded high wind peaking at 60 mph at 138 AM CDT. The high wind occurred along an outflow boundary that extended into McLean County from convection along the Canadian Border in Bottineau County. No thunderstorm was reported with the high wind.
