Six to eight inches of snow were received at the Twin Lakes and Skalkaho Summit Snotels. In addition, numerous wind gusts between 40 and 61 mph were observed during the warning period.

Numerous trees and powerlines down were reported down from high winds in Anaconda between 1500 and 1517 L.

Numerous wind gusts between 50 and 90 mph were reported in both Anaconda and Deer Lodge. Anaconda was hardest hit. At least 25 structures lost their roofs. Residents reported debris blowing across town. There were two event-related injuries. At least 8 trees were reported to have been blown down by winds. Windows were blown out at the county courthouse. Wind damage to fences and signs were also reported in Anaconda. The Anaconda Emergency Manager reported a least one home per block sustained roof damage. The governor and the county emergency manager declared a State of Emergency for this event.

The roof was blown off the Clinton Community Church in Clinton. Portions of the roof, which was under construction, fell onto the pastor and broke his leg.
