Widespread moderate coastal flooding occurred in Guilford, along the shores of Long Island Sound. Photographs showed flooding on Neck Road, opposite Guilford Harbor and approaching the State Boat Ramp on the East River at 3:30 pm. Flooding occurred at 4 locations along Route 146 from the West River in Guilford to Stony Creek in Branford.
