ALL FLASH FLOODING RESULTING EARLIER TODAY AND EVENING FROM HEAVY RUN OFF,POOR

DRAINAGE, AND GROUND SATURATION IN THE VILLAGE OF WELLSVILLE HAS RECEDED.

OF WATER STILL DOES EXIST IN LOW LYING RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS LOCATIONS IN

THE VILLAGE WHERE THE WATER IS UNABLE TO DRAIN. THESE AREAS CURRENTLY ARE NOT

CREATING ANY PROBLEMS. SOUTH OF WELLSVILLE IN THE TOWN OF WILLING MINOR

FLOODING WAS OBSERVED IN THE LOW LYING AREAS ADJACENT TO THE GENESEE RIVER NONE

OF WHICH AFFECTED VEHICLE TRAFFIC OR REQUIRED ANY EVACUATIONS
