River Fajardo out of its banks at Quebrada Vuelta between Naguabo and Ceiba. Several sectors in Naguabo were flooded, road 31, 192 at Alberto Colberg, Las Mariana and Las Malangas due to river Rio Blanco overflowing its banks. Downed trees and debris blocking river flow at the bridge.
