INTO WA WILL CONTINUE EASTWARD TODAY TAKING ANY EAST SIDE LIGHT SNOW
WITH IT. MAINLY SCATTERED FLURRIES OBSERVED AT THIS TIME FROM
SHASTA THROUGH THE EAST SIDE. OTHERWISE...NO PRECIP INDICATED BY
SATELLITE/RADAR OR SURFACE OBS OVER THE WEST. THE NEXT PRECIP THREAT
SHOULD BEGIN AFFECTING COASTAL AREAS THIS AFTERNOON AND THEN INLAND
TONIGHT AS A STRONG NORTHWESTERLY JET DIGS DOWN THE FRONT OF THE
UPPER RIDGE AND SOME WEAK CYCLOGENESIS DEVELOPS OFF THE SOUTH OREGON
COAST. LOOKING AT SATELLITE BETWEEN 130-140W...IT APPEARS THE ETA MAY
BE DOING BETTER WITH THE STRENGTH OF THE UPPER VORT AND ASSOCIATED
SURFACE LOW DEVELOPMENT TONIGHT.
UNTIL THIS SYSTEM REACHES THE AREA TONIGHT...POPS WILL BE CUT FROM
INLAND AREAS. LOW STRATUS OVER THE WEST SIDE SHOULD BREAK BY
