A winter storm affected much of central Missouri. A brief period of heavy snow accumulated up to six inches across much of Benton and Morgan Counties. Further to the south into southwest Missouri, snow only fell for a few minutes, and only light accumulations were observed on grassy surfaces. The Lake of the Ozarks region observed one to four inches of accumulation.
