The Susquehanna River at Waverly/Sayre crested just above flood stage of 11 feet on the 30th at 11.25 feet. Up to an inch and a half of rain fell on the 29th adding to the already high flows. On the 27th, 1 to 2 inches of rain fell. Only minor flooding occurred.
