TO AFFECT THE 4 EASTERN COUNTIES OF COUNTY WARNING AREA. WILL KEEP
SNOW SHOWERS OVER THE EAST...AND ADD PATCHY FOG TO SOME COUNTIES OVER
THE EAST AS WELL. HAD ALSO TO ADJUST FOR TEMPERATURES AND DEW POINTS.
