Heavy snow was reported by the following Co-operative observers:Zone 221 - Manley: 7 inches. 4 inches.

A disturbance aloft moved east over the central interior producing locally heavy snow amounts.Heavy snow was reported by the following Co-operative observers:Zone 221 - Manley: 7 inches. Snow estimated to begin at 2200 AST on the 27th and reached 6 inches on the 28th at 1500 AST.Zone 222: Keystone Ridge: 9.6 inches; Ester 5NE: 6.4 inches. Snow estimated to begin at 2300 AST on the 27th and reached 6 inches at 1200 AST on the 28th.
