THE FRONT SAGGING INTO SOUTHERN MINNESOTA THIS AFTERNOON IS EXPECTED
TO STALL ACROSS FAR SOUTHERN MINNESOTA TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY
NIGHT. THIS FRONT WILL PROVIDE A SOURCE OF LOW LEVEL CONVERGENCE IN
A MARGINALLY UNSTABLE AIRMASS. FORECAST K INDICES ARE NEAR 30 AND
PRECIPITABLE MOISTURE REMAINS CONSTANT...FROM THREE QUARTERS TO JUST
OVER ONE INCH.  THE MESO ETA MODEL SUGGESTS THAT THE STRONGEST LOW
LEVEL FLOW INTO THE FRONTAL BOUNDARY...AND THE BEST CONVERGENCE...
WILL BE THIS EVENING. ANOTHER TIME PERIOD THAT WARRANTS ATTENTION IS
TUESDAY AS THE MESO ETA SUGGESTS A SIGNIFICANT MID LEVEL TROUGH WILL
PASS OVERHEAD IN THE ZONAL FLOW ALOFT.
