Runoff from heavy rains on the night of the 23rd caused a swamp in the northwest part of Crivitz to flow over its banks. The high water persisted for several days and some businesses and roads through town had to be sandbagged to keep the water out.

Runoff from heavy rains on the night of the 23rd caused a swamp in the northwest part of Crivitz to flow over its banks. The high water persisted for several days and some businesses and roads through town had to be sandbagged to keep the water out. Part of U.S. highway 141 had to close due to high water and some homes in the area experienced basement flooding.
