Street flooding in St. Cloud and Waite Park. Water was about two feet deep.
Four inches of rain in less than two hours resulted in water two to three feet deep in the city of Isanti.
Just three days after a heavy rainfall and flash flooding on the 21st, four to seven inches were widespread across Wright County, and there was an unofficial report of ten inches in less than six hours. Dozens of roads were closed, and many experienced washouts. A cabin at Waverly was pushed off its foundation by a mudslide. One home in Howard Lake sustained severe damage from a mudslide. A mobile home park in Howard Lake was flooded; 17 families were displaced by the water. Over 100 homes in Howard Lake had flooded basements. Some businesses and homes in Delano and Montrose were flooded. In Annandale, ten vehicles were submerged and numerous basements flooded. An auto dealership in Buffalo lost about 270 vehicles when flood waters soaked their lot. Dozens of basements were flooded in Buffalo and Maple Lake. Local agricultural officials estimate as much as 25% of the crops were lost, and 650 farms experienced losses.

Four to six inches of rain affected the northern and eastern portions of Meeker County. Ten roads were closed, and 5 others were covered with some water. A culvert washed out 3 NW Kingston, leading to a section of State Highway 24 collapsing. One family had to be rescued from a car 4 W Kingston. Water was over roads at Dassel, and numerous basements were flooded in Litchfield and Grove City.
Four to six inches of rain resulted in a mudslide at Rebecca Park (south of Rockford), a road covered with water at Independence, and sandbagging of home along Lake Sarah in Orono.
Four to six inches rain flooded much of northern and eastern McLeod County, mainly along and northeast of a line from Hutchinson to 4 S Glencoe. Ten roads were covered with water. Ditches and creeks overflowed near Winsted and Lester Prairie. One home in Lester Prairie was flooded. A few homes required sandbagging, and nearly 300 houses had their basements flooded. Thousands of acres of farmland were flooded. Water damaged much of the school in Silver Lake.
Four to six inches of rain closed numerous roads, including State Highway 25 2 miles northwest of Watertown. This highway, and ten other county and township roads, were closed several days for repairs. Mapes Creek in Watertown flooded, resulting in numerous flooded basements in the Ortloff Addition. Two other cities in northwest carver County that were hit with flooding include New Germany and Hamburg.
