EXTENDING SOUTHWEST THROUGH THE BLACK HILLS. MCS OVER NORTHEAST
WYOMING PRODUCED SOME SEVERE WEATHER EARLIER...BUT HAS TURNED INTO
HEAVY RAIN. MORE THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING OVER THE SOUTHERN BLACK
HILLS. FRONT NOT EXPECTED TO MOVE VERY MUCH FOR THE REST OF THE
NIGHT. UPPER LEVEL DIVERGENCE ALSO REMAINS OVER THE AREA THROUGH
MIDNIGHT...HELPING WITH CONVECTIVE DEVELOPMENT.

FLOOD WATCH ISSUED FOR NORTHERN BLACK HILLS...SPECIFICALLY
FOR THE BURN AREA AROUND DEADWOOD. POTENTIALLY EXISTS FOR SOME HEAVY
RAIN IN THE BURN AREA.

OVERALL THE FORECAST WAS IN DECENT SHAPE...DID MAKE SOME MINOR
CHANGES.
