HUDSON BERGEN PASSAIC UNION ESSEX A VERY STRONG COLD FRONT MOVING THROUGH EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA WILL MOVE RAPIDLY EAST AND INTO NEW JERSEY AND NEW YORK CITY BY AROUND MIDNIGHT.
