FORECAST AREA THIS MORNING. BASED ON WIND DATA ACROSS EXTREME WESTERN
NEVADA...HAVE UPDATED HIGH WIND WATCH TO A WIND ADVISORY THROUGH 9PM
THIS EVENING. WINDS HAVE YET TO INCREASE ACROSS SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF
THE WATCH AREA...SO WILL RE-EVALUATE HERE LATER THIS MORNING. SNOW
