MAIN FOCUS WILL BE CONVECTION AND TEMPS.

WMFNT EXTENDS FROM A LO IN NERN SD EWD TO TWIN CITIES. SIGNATURE IS
THE WIND SHIFTS, BUT LOW 70S DEW POINTS N OF THE FRONT IN CNTRL MN.
TSMTS GOING IN BRD-PKD AREA ARE ALG THE NRN EDGE OF THIS MSTR POOL
AND UNDER A PVA MAX. THIS AREA OF WMFNT OVERRUNNING WILL CONTINUE
TSTMS INTO MID MRNG. SFC PRES FALLS N OF THE AREA AND THE
APPEARANCE OF A SFC LOW IN ND LEND CREDENCE TO THE MODEL SOLUTION OF
REDVLPG THE SFC PTN NWD ALG THE CANADIAN BDR. CONVECTION IN NWRN WI
IS IN AN AREA OF LO LVL CNVRGC BUT UNDER AN AREA OF NVA. SO THREAT
WILL BE MINOR THERE AS MOST CONVECTION CONTINUES E OF THERE IN A
MORE FAVORABLE DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT.

HIGH DEW PTS AND THE 500 MB COLD POOL IN THE ERN DAKS CREATE AN
AREA OF VERY HIGH CAPE VALUES AND LOW LI. HWVR...THE WM SWLY FLOW
THAT DEVLPS WILL CAP THE AREA UNTIL MID TO LATE AFTN. AT THAT TIME
TEMPS OF 82 TO 85 APPR TO BE NEEDED TO IGNITE TSTMS. AT THAT, THEY
WOULD BE SCTD CELLS OVR CNTRL MN BUT WOULD BE MORE FOCUSED ALG THE
CAN BDR ALG THE WMFNT BOUNDARY. SO WELL GO WITH SCTD TSTMS TDA.

DUE TO SCT NATURE OF TSTMS, WE WILL DROP THE FLOOD WATCH AT THE 415
AM WHICH WAS ITS ORIGINAL EXPIRATION TIME.

ETA IS DOING A GOOD JOB OF LOCATING THE SMALL VORT MAXES THAT ARE
DRIVING CONVECTION. SO WELL USE THE WARMER NGM AND ETAMOS TEMP
TRENDS.
