.SYNOPSIS...
LOW PRESSURE APPROACHING FROM THE OHIO VALLEY WILL QUICKLY PASS TO THE
SOUTH OF THE MAINE THIS EVENING. THEN A WEAK UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL
CLIP NORTHERN MAINE ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRIEFLY BUILD
INTO THE AREA FROM THE SOUTH FRIDAY NIGHT...WITH ANOTHER WEAK LOW CROSSING
THE STATE ON SATURDAY.

NEW MODEL RUNS INDICATE WINTER STORM CRITERIA FOR PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL
AND DOWNEAST MAINE FOR LATE AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT. MAX POTENTIAL SNOWFALL
UP TO 10 INCHES ESPECIALLY ZONES 11, 31 & 32.

COASTAL WATERS...WILL MAINTAIN SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY...WITH WINDS STILL
GUSTING TO SCA CRITERIA. EXPECT WINDS AND SEAS TO SUBSIDE THIS AFTERNOON.
