WITHOUT SFC HEATING...CHCS OF RAIN WILL BE RATHER SMALL. SPRINGLIKE 20-25 MPH SFC WINDS WILL SUBSIDE TONIGHT AS THE PRESSURE GRADIENT RELAXES.
