The episode as NWS LSX wrote it up.
Flooding continued along the Illinois River for the entire month due to several heavy rain events. Flooding ranged from about 10.5 to 14.5 feet over flood stage, making the flooding the worst in several years. Numerous roads along the river were closed for almost the entire month. However due to relocations after earlier floods, damage was primarily limited to farmland and club houses along the river.
