EVENTHO THE MOIST AND UPR LVL TROF ARE PRESENT DO NOT EXPECT WIDESPREAD PRECIP TODAY ACROSS THE FA BUT MORE SCTD IN NATURE SO HAVE LOWERED POPS TO THE CHC CATEGORY FOR THIS AFTN.
