.SHORT RANGE...OUR STALLED WEATHER FRONT STILL OVER THE EASTERN
GULF OF ALASKA WITH MOISTURE PLUME AIMED RIGHT AT YAKUTAT WHICH
CONTINUES TO GET THE MODERATE RAIN THROUGH THIS EVENING. THE
HEAVIER PRECIPATION AMOUNTS AND EVEN THE PRECIPITAITON ITSELF
HAVE ENDED OVER MUCH OF THE PANHANDLE BUT THE WARM TEMPERATURES
PERSIST. AT LEAST 8 RECORD HIGHS SET TODAY AND AM NOT EXPECTING
MUCH COOL OFF TONIGHT.

THERE IS A SMALL WAVE RUNNING UP THE FRONT AND THE SOUTHERN
BOUNDARY SHOULD BE DRIFTING EAST. EXPECT RAIN AND AN INCREASE IN
THE WIND OVER THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PANHANDLE AS THE WAVE
APPRAOCHES THE NORTHEAST GULF COAST BY MORNING.

WILL LEAVE WIND ADVISORIES UP AS THE WINDS SHOULD REDEVELOP
TOWARDS MORNING BACK TO LEVELS WHERE THEY WOULD BE NEEDED. THE
SAME WITH SMALL STREAM ADVISORIES AS THE EXPECTED RAINS SHOULD
BRING THE STREAMS BACK TO NEAR BANKFULL AGAIN.

.LONG RANGE...TRAILING COLDFRONT WILL BE PUSHING THROUGH THE
PANHANDLE WED BUT WITH LESS PUNCH THAN TUEDAYS WARMFRONT. WINDS
NOT QUITE AS STRONG AS LOW CENTER WILL HAVE MOVED ONSHORE GULF
COAST AND INLAND. PRECIP AMOUNT SHOULD BE MUCH LESS ALSO WITH 6HR
AMOUNTS OF UP TO ONE HALF INCH BUT ONLY THROUGH MID-DAY. BROAD
UPPER RIDGE OVER ERN GULF AND SE AK WILL KEEP SHOWERS GOING INTO
THU. MAJOR LOW CENTER FORECAST TO DEVELOP OVER NORTH PACIFIC THU
AND MOVE INTO THE CENTRAL GULF FRI. WARM SECTOR FROM THIS SYSTEM
MOVES INTO THE PANHANDLE FRI WITH ANOTHER DAY OF HEAVY RAIN AND
RECORD WARM TEMPS. A LITTLE COOLER AND DRIER WEATHER FOR SUN AS
