Typical adjustments upward to account for programmed gust interval, suggest gusts exceeded 60 mph.Data was unavailable at Saint George.Scaffolding on house #103 in the village of Saint Paul blew over and broke two windows around 2 am AST Tuesday. Siding was blown off the Saint Paul City Hall between 1 and 3 am AST Thursday. Damage estimated at $500.00.
