Ice Storm in Alaska, January 27 to 28, 2002
A warm front, extending from the mouth of Cook Inlet southeast into the Gulf of Alaska moved slowly north and east across the Cook Inlet/Prince William Sound area. Accumulations appear to have been light.

A warm front, extending from the mouth of Cook Inlet southeast into the Gulf of Alaska moved slowly north and east across the Cook Inlet/Prince William Sound area. Snow and areas of freezing rain were reported just north of the warm front.Accumulations appear to have been light.
