APPROACHING UPPER LEVEL TROUGH.

AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE IN THE GULF OF MEXICO WILL CAUSE SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS CENTRAL ALABAMA THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING...MAINLY FROM A LINE OF TUSCALOOSA...TO BIRMINGHAM...TO
