Very strong winds blew over the southeast Wyoming mountains, with unofficialgusts to near 100 mph reported at Buford, about 20 miles southeast of Laramie, WY.Wind gusts to 62 mph were recorded at Arlington, WY. A few tractor-trailer rigs wereblown over on Interstate 80 near Laramie.
