EVEN THOUGH IT APPEARS THE BEST POTENTIAL FOR ADVERSE WEATHER THIS AFTERNOON WILL BE FROM HEAVY RAINFALL...FLASH FLOODING AND RIVER FLOODING...WEVE ALREADY RECEIVED REPORTS OF FUNNEL CLOUDS...SOME EVEN TOUCHING GROUND. THIS IS NOT UNCOMMON IN SUCH A PATTERN WHERE THE ATMOSPHERE IS EXTREMELY TROPICAL IN NATURE AND EXTREMELY UNSTABLE. SUCH FUNNEL CLOUDS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE AND INJURY IF THEY TOUCH DOWN.
