WINDS ARE INCREASING SLIGHTLY ALONG THE FOOTHILLS OF THE BLUE MOUNTAINS AND ARE NOW IN THE 20-25 MPH RANGE. HAVE CANCELLED THE HIGH WIND WARNING. ALTHOUGH WINDS WILL BE SLOW TO DECOUPLE AND THE PASSAGE OF A WEAK SURFACE COLD FRONT WILL KEEP GRADIENTS TIGHT...DO NOT EXPECT WINDS IN THE CRITERIA FOR A WARNING.
