DEFORMATION BAND ASSOCIATED WITH AN UPPER LOW OVER NORTHERN
CALIFORNIA CONTINUES TO MOVE SLOWLY NORTHWEST OVER NORTHEAST OREGON
AND SOUTHEAST WASHINGTON.  LIGHT SNOW CONTINUES TO FALL OVER THIS
REGION WITH ACCUMULATIONS GENERALLY REMAINING BELOW ADVISORY
CRITERIA.  HOWEVER...HAVE ISSUED A SNOW ADVISORY FOR WALLOWA COUNTY
AS BEST LIFT APPEARS TO BE FOCUSED IN THIS AREA...ESPECIALLY
SOUTHEAST FACING SLOPES.  LATEST IR SATELLITE LOOP SHOWS TOPS
WARMING OVER THE SOUTHERN FORECAST AREA.  THIS SHOULD PUT AN END TO
THE ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL THERE.  00Z ETA MODEL RUN SHOWS ANOTHER
LOW DEVELOPING OVER EASTERN OREGON AND WESTERN IDAHO.  THIS LOW WILL
LIKELY CONTINUE TO PRODUCE LIGHT SNOW OVER NORTHEAST OREGON TONIGHT
THROUGH PORTIONS OF FRIDAY.  IN FACT...THE BLUE MOUNTAIN FOOTHILLS WILL
LIKELY SEE ANOTHER INCREASE IN SNOWFALL FRIDAY MORNING DUE TO
WRAPAROUND MOISTURE.  CURRENT ZONE PACKAGE HANDLES ABOVE SCENARIO
FAIRLY WELL AND WILL ONLY NEED TO MAKE MINOR TWEAKS.
