MAIN BAND OF PRECIP IS LIFTING NORTH THROUGH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA.
HOWEVER A BAND OF PRECIP HAS ALSO DEVELOPED FROM FAR SOUTHWEST
OKLAHOMA INTO NORTH TEXAS ZONES AND PATCHES OR BANDS OF LIGHT PRECIP
ARE ALSO OBSERVED IN IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE AND WESTERN KANSAS... SO
AM NOT VERY SURE ABOUT WHEN THE PRECIPITATION WILL BE ENDING.  HAVE
UPDATED ZONES TO LOWER POPS IN AREAS WHERE THE WIDESPREAD PRECIP HAS
MOVED OUT... AND MODIFIED THE TIME QUALIFIERS CONCERNING THE ENDING
OF PRECIP.  NUDGED THE MINS DOWN IN CENTRAL AND SOUTH AND CHANGED
WORDING IN A FEW ZONES TO /NEAR STEADY TEMPERATURES/.  zUPDATED ZONES
HAVE ALREADY BEEN SENT.
